Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. Please ensure you review product details carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos or videos showing the damage or defect

Once reviewed, we will arrange either:

  • A replacement product, or

  • A full refund, where appropriate

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law. Customers are entitled to remedies for major failures and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
